Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality intimate apparel available. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return subject to our return policy as outlined below.

• We gladly accept returns of unworn, unused items for refund or exchange if made within 14 days. We cannot accept any items that are not returned in original, 'brand new' condition. Merchandise must be returned in original, unworn, untainted (smoke, pet hair, etc) condition including a copy of the original sales receipt with all packaging and tags intact. Please inspect all merchandise carefully before wearing.
• We do not accept the return of any worn merchandise. California Stare Law prohibits the return of worn intimate apparel. For the health of our employees and customers, this policy is strictly enforced.
• Opened packages of hosiery (including body stockings, wigs and panties) will not be accepted for return per California State Law.
• Please contact our customer service via email customerservice@afterdarkintimates.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any merchandise. Returns made without an RMA will be refused.
• Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges made for any reason other than shipping error or product defect.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Halloween Costume Return Policy - During Halloween Season ( September 26th – November 1st ) no refunds or exchanges will be made on any costume purchase. This supersedes our regular return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
